What you need to know regarding the importance of your help:
As you know, it takes a village to get things accomplished in an organized manner. I will be facilitating this fun event.
Schedule
8:30am: The majority of the volunteers should be at the field to get everything set up.
12:30pm: We will have pizza, soda and water at the field.
25 Adult and Youth Volunteers Needed
· 4 volunteers to meet 8:00 am at the Lodge to pick up tables and chairs, obviously a couple trucks to transport would help. We need them dropped off at the proper location at Savich Field.
· 3 volunteers for face painting (2 tables, 4 chairs and supplies will be provided)
· 3 volunteers to organize the registration tables
· 1 volunteer to be the score sheet runner
· 1 volunteer to keep the kids organized and proper order for his or her turn
· 4 volunteers to set up the goals beginning at 8:30 am (measuring and cone placement)
· 2 volunteers to distribute water ice and pretzels
· 2 score tabulators
· 5 volunteers to chase soccer balls
